Unionbank is Down

Weeks after I recommended the Unionbank's EON to a friend to facilitate quick cash transfer between us, he got his card last week.

Everybody happy huh?

Not really. As we are about to embark on a P40K cash transfer, some problems though. First off, we were able to log in but the balance check and the interface to transfer were down. Then, we opted for him to just withdraw the cash over at an ATM. Unsuccessful too. Then, trying to log in again yesterday on my Unionbank's EON, it says, "To Our Valued Customers: Eon Online Banking is now under maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience".

How about saying it straight huh? How about saying, "To our valued customers, we are currently fixing the mess".

I need the money. Fix-it-quick.
